South Fayette Mini-THON stands as America’s most record-breaking, student-led Mini-THON, known for its unmatched energy, leadership, and fundraising impact. Each year, South Fayette students unite the school and community in a powerful, year-long effort to support Four Diamonds and the fight against pediatric cancer, consistently surpassing fundraising milestones and setting new national records.
